Dayna Linton has several years experience in event planning, web design and promotion, media marketing for literary clients, public relations, and talent management. An entrepreneur for numerous years, Dayna brings effective executive skills to the Screen Sirens, LLC team. Dayna's love of the arts came at a very early age when her mother enrolled her in dancing. Dance quickly became her life-long passion. Growing up, she also learned to play three musical instruments, took several years of drama, and passed on her love of the arts to her children. She is a firm believer in the arts and it's impact in our world today. As President of BetweenYour Sheets.com, a promotional website for authors, Dayna has fine-tuned the art of utilizing the social media network to benefit her clients. Her clients range from the newly published to New York Times Bestsellers. Just recently, her company ventured into e-publishing and boast of being the first publishing company to publish graphic e-books. Dayna is most proud to be founder and President of GALS Charitable Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit corporation which benefits women and children's causes, whose motto is to, "Envision, Enrich and Empower." Dayna is a firm believer in the worth and value of individuals and hopes to help all embrace who they are, nourish themselves and then "pay it forward" by helping others around them to do the same. Each year Dayna hosts a convention in Las Vegas, Nevada and raises money for local charities which adhere to the standards of GALS Charitable Foundation. Those charities which have benefited are: Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Marine Toys for Tots, Scottish Youth Theatre, and this year her annual charity will benefit The Shade Tree, a shelter for battered women and children. Ms. Linton has a vision to one day hold seminars for middle school age young women to promote self-worth, self-reliance, and to learn the danger signs of abusive relationships. She feels strongly that with education and self-worth, youth will turn away from participating in self-destructive behaviors. Another dream is to provide scholarships for displaced older women to receive an education and make a way in the world for themselves and their children.
